Fragrant violets and black cherry with black pepper and toast. Spicy tannins and juicy fruit on the palate. Good balance of sweet and savoury spice – cardamom and coriander seed balance Christmas-cake spice to round out crushed berry fruit and dark chocolate on the finish.
WINEMAKING


This Shiraz was vinified in a combination of open & closed top stainless-steel fermenters to preserve the fresh fruit flavours. After fermentation the wine was tranferred to seasoned French Oak barrels for further maturation.
