Elegant mulberry and blackberry notes with oregano and liquorice on the nose. Refined palate with fresh acidity and grippy tannins accompanied by fresh plums, cherries, cedar and toast. Classically styled and well-integrated with a touch of tobacco on the finish.

WINEMAKING

This Cabernet Sauvignon was vinified in a combination of open & closed top stainless-steel fermenters to preserve the fresh fruit flavours. After fermentation the wine was transferred to seasoned French Oak barrels for further maturation.
