Lively aromas of black currant, blackberries and milk chocolate jump out of the glass. Clean and fresh with a friendly yet grippy tannin structure. Juicy black fruit flavours are accompanied by layers of vanilla, tobacco and a touch of fynbos.
This Cabernet Sauvignon was vinified in a combination of open & closed top stainless-steel fermenters to preserve the fresh fruit flavours. After fermentation the wine was transferred to seasoned French Oak barrels for further maturation.
