Bright tropical fruit on the nose makes this wine instantly appealing. Passion fruit, Cantaloupe and Cape Gooseberry are enhanced by a chalky minerality. Lively acidity compliments the intense fruit on the palate and is rounded off with a characteristic crisp finish.
Grapes are sourced from vineyards in the Breedekloof and Darling. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at temperatures of 12 to 14°C. The slow fermentation at cool temperatures retains varietal aromatics and preserves the vibrant fresh fruit character of the wine.
