The 2019 Guardian Peak Sauvignon Blanc is deliciously refreshing and zesty. Fragrant tropical fruit aromas of passion fruit and guava are interlaced with notes of lime and white peach. Light bodied and fresh on the palate with crisp acidity that balances the bold tropical and citrus fruit flavours.
Grapes are sourced from vineyards in the Breedekloof, Darling, Stellenbosch and Agulhas regions. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at temperatures of 12 to 14°C. The slow fermentation at cool temperatures retains varietal aromatics and preserves the vibrant fresh fruit character of the wine.
