DOMINANT FLAVOURS

Approachable Shiraz with pronounced nose of ripe plum and juicy black currant
with some spicy notes of cinnamon, cloves and a hint of black pepper. Bold fruit on the palate complemented by plush tannins. Red and black cherries with white
pepper and juicy plum on the finish.

WINEMAKING

This Shiraz was vinified in a combination of open & closed top stainless-steel fermenters to preserve the fresh fruit flavours. After fermentation the wine was tranferred to seasoned French Oak barrels for further maturation.
