DOMINANT FLAVOURS
Vibrant and expressive, with lime cordial underscoring cape gooseberry and passion fruit flavours. Light to medium-bodied with zesty acidity refreshing the palate. Classically styled, aromatic Sauvignon Blanc.
Grapes are sourced from vineyards in the Breedekloof and Darling. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at temperatures of 12 to 14°C. The slow fermentation at cool temperatures retains varietal aromatics and preserves the vibrant fresh fruit character of the wine.
