DOMINANT FLAVOURS



Bold red fruit on the nose, cranberry and pomegranate with thyme. A juicy combination of fig, red currant and black plums on the palate balances with savoury flavours of tobacco, cedar, and liquorice. Soft, silky tannins with a medium body and hints of milk chocolate on the finish.
WINEMAKING


This Merlot was vinified in a combination of open and closed top stainless steel fermenters to preserve the fresh fruit flavours. After fermentation, the wine was transferred to seasoned French oak barrels for a further 6 months.
